Description
Project Manager with profound IT and Agile knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- University undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years Project Manager experience with Agile software delivery methodologies and profound IT knowledge, ideally in a global setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills on a senior management level
- Knowledge of Regulatory Shareholder Reporting and industry standards in combination with certifications in PMP, MSP or PRINCE2 are desirable
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Leading a team through the project phases of definition, development, deployment, and closure and providing its structure aligned to strategic minimum standards defined by the Compliance organisation
- Developing, maintaining and tracking project plan milestones as well as developing templates and organising information in a concise communication style
- Capturing and maintaining all risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies with proper escalation reporting as well as required logs for issues
- Supporting status reporting, ensuring the consistent flow of accurate and up to date information through all layers of the program governance structure
- Developing draft deck materials for SME review and approval
