HR Sourcing Manager
A HR Sourcing Manager is required to join a Banking client in London or Bristol. Joining on a long-term contract - the client offer a good work/life balance, as working from home is encouraged 2 days per week.
With the aim of improving the long term sourcing strategy, you will work to implement a new MSP process - and in the future develop a Learning and Development strategy. Any experience sourcing these in the financial sector would be very beneficial.
Required skills:
- Proven experience with implementing an MSP process
- Proven experience sourcing and creating a Learning and Development Strategy
- Experience within large, regulated industries (ideally banking)
Desired, although not essential:
- Relevant procurement qualification (MCIPS etc)
