Description
We are currently looking for a ServiceNow System Analyst in Prague to join our team on client's side. A great opportunity to work in an IT industry with exposure to new technologies and international environment.
Major Accountabilities
- Support delivery of the platform roadmap working with internal IT and/or third parties
- Build knowledge and expertise of the ServiceNow HR solution and its full capabilities
- Develop/maintain comprehensive training materials and deliver training as part of a ServiceNow for HR curriculum.
- Ensure training materials are always up to date and available in the knowledge base, comply with internal processes for managing the document life cycle
- Configure HR managed tables, manage functional groups, assign agents to respective Solution Centres and assignment groups based on approved authorisation requests
- Create, update and maintain Global and Local Service Catalogue categories (Service Groups) and sub-categories (Service Names)
- Deputise the Global ServiceNow Reporting Expert and build knowledge of the current SLA and KPI metrics. Create, update and publish reports and dashboards
- Comply with operational standards and procedures
- Understand and promote HR and other relevant processes and ensure documentation, processes and standards are maintained or created for the HR scoped application
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in area of service management/delivery technology/tools (ie ServiceNow, Ticketing, Telephony, Chat platforms)
- Experience with HR cloud-based solutions, preferably ServiceNow
- Ideally 3 years' experience with systems, data & knowledge management
- Used to be in role within a HR Shared Services/Customer Service Delivery environment within an international environment with experience of analysing business requirements.
- General understanding and experience of HR business processes
- Experience with SAP HR or other ERP HR systems
- Familiar with agile environment, eg SCRUM
- Six Sigma/Quality Management certification preferred
- Broad experience in HR Processes
- Experience with GxP, Computer System Validation, Data Privacy and Compliance requirements
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
