Solutions Architect:Salesforce, Vlocity, Cloudsense,CRM, Telco
My client, an international telecoms organisation, are currently undertaking a major digital transformation programme. As part of this project they require a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join them on a contract basis.
Experience
- You'll have 5+ years' experience of working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques
- You'll have a proven track record of successful delivery of CRM implementations
- You will have extensive experience of at least one of the telecommunications sector
- You'll have extensive knowledge of Salesforce and working knowledge of Vlocity or Cloudsense
- You'll be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager to break new ground
- You'll have excellent communication skills
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of key processes in industry-specific CRM solutions (eg Quote to Order, MACD, Policy Management)
- Process modelling tools and best practices
- Project management tools and best practices
- Datamodelling
- Systems analysis and design
Desired Certifications/Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field
- Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Administrator
- Certified Scrum Master/Certified Product Owner
