If so, Quanta would love to hear from you!Quanta's client is an international specialist in the treatment and energy recovery of waste, providing its services to organisations, local authorities and also waste operators. They are currently looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to join the team on a contract basis.
You will be responsible for managing teams of engineers and supporting the client with the whole commissioning process supporting all disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the hot and cold commissioning activities on site ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times.
- You will be responsible for start-up documentation including safety, operation and test plans.
- Progress reporting on the commissioning activities to various stakeholders within the business including overseas departments.
- Experience in turnkey projects and solid experience of boiler and combustion technology.
- Candidates must have previous experience from Energy from Waste, biomass or Gasification.
- Leadership and project management experience from an equivalent position within commissioning.
