Description

Clinical Document Manager with profound knowledge of Clinical Trials and Documentum wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Bachelor degree in life science, healthcare or equivalent discipline
  • 2+ years' experience in software and process implementation with related migration activities, ideally in a global, virtual project team
  • Proficiency in GCP processes, especially good documentation practice with focus on electronic document management
  • Good knowledge of Documentum-based solutions for Clinical Document Management and using SharePoint on a business admin level
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus


Your tasks:
  • Being responsible for efficient and appropriate management of GxP relevant clinical documents by ensuring deliverables comply with HA guidelines, Good Clinical Practices and internal SOPs
  • Supporting the definition and refinement of the document management strategy along with planning, preparing and overseeing rollout and change management activities
  • Designing and overseeing the process, system and tool landscape within a defined business process area
  • Managing system and process Implementation in collaboration with Business and IT Functions
  • Acting as Business Analyst to manage the implementation of Document Management Related Applications by coordinating business requirements and participate in system testing activities such as User Acceptance and Performance Qualification Testing
  • Supporting the design of training concepts and material, as well as providing input to technical teams for migration and support migration testing
