Main tasks:
- Develop, implement and lead the companies communication & investor relations strategy
- Maintain and expand network among investors, analysts and media
- Respond to media enquiries and media stories, identifying and managing risk as appropriate
- Develop understanding among external target groups for the company’s goals, products and achievements
- Proactively manage the company’s news flow in line with the communication strategy
- Build company's reputation as innovator in the field of medical diagnosis among science-oriented media
- Oversee and manage mandatory and other releases as well as listing requirements of the company, coordinate review processes together with CEO, external consultants, service providers etc.
- Lead AGM project: plan and coordinate annual general meeting of shareholders in close collaboration with CEO, legal function and external service providers
- Plan, coordinate, participate and oversee investor relations events: investor- and media meetings, road shows, IR conferences, etc. in close collaboration with CEO and external IR consultants
- Provide communication guidance and support to commercial activities
- Assume budget responsibility for Investor Relations / Corporate Communications
- Coordinate and manage processes/decisions/documents related to the company's stock listing (WpHG, AktG, Corporate Governance, Commercial register etc.) in close cooperation with Executive and Supervisory Board, internal functions and external advisers
Main qualifications
- Experience of IR/PR in stock exchange listed company (Germany) is an advantage
- Innovative, positive person with can-do attitude
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality with proven ability to deliver and win high level pitches
- Business fluent German and English
