Role Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the quality requirements and standards for the development and manufacture of products. You will contribute to developing the quality strategy, policy and procedures to ensure the business meets industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the existing Business Management System (BMS), regulatory approvals, in accordance with AS9100 and ISO9001
- Prepare the business for any audits: Certification, 3rd Party and customer
- Report on KPIs, business and quality performance
- Deliver training in quality aspects of the BMS
- Build, monitor and control FAIR's, concessions and rejects throughout the business
- Creation and approval of standard operating procedures (SOP's)
- Conduct/facilitate Risk Management through implementation and review of Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
Does this sound like you?
- An aerospace background with working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001
- Able to develop and facilitate PFMEA's, Root Cause Analysis Investigations and business monitoring through KPIs
- The desire to protect the customer and the business ensuring quality always comes first
