3 Month Contract

Corporate Events Planning Assistant - this is a great 3 month contract working in-house for a well known large company based in Maidenhead. We are looking for someone with previous experience in assisting the planning and running of large scale corporate events/meetings/training days. This position run until February next year and would be ideal for anyone who is available immediately.
As Corporate Events Planning Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Lead Facilitator with the preparation, execution and follow-up of large scale corporate events and meetings.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in planning and organising large scale corporate meetings, including the preparation of briefing packs and presentations, sourcing and booking suitable venues, coordinating materials for the event such as stationary and audio visual equipment, producing posters, creating agendas, creating and distributing follow-up material and surveys. This will be a very busy few months and you will be the main point of contact for hundreds of attendees and so we are looking for someone who is highly organised, confident and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills!
