Main tasks:
- Creating shipping orders (VA documentations) as well as organizing the necessary documentation/licenses under consideration of the country requirements.
- Regular control of shipments for allowing a smoothly and timely delivery.
- Announcing of shipments per sending shipping advices
- Management of temperature evaluations
- Organize pick and pack and plan arrival dates, considering the given lead times
Main qualifications
- Qualification as chemist, chemists assistant, operator or commercial diploma with experience in logistics and/or materials management
- Conscience, Precision
- Ability to work under pressure, Flexibility
- Customer-oriented work
- Pleasure to work with people in a multicultural environment
- Team player, oral and written willingness in communications
- Organization skills
- Good knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.)
- Willingness to learn new specific IT-programs
- Excellent German and English knowledge
