Description
We're looking for a marketing regulations manager for a leading financial organisation.
This role involves:
- Driving adherence to marketing governance, legal and regulatory processes from commercial brief to measurement and review in order to maximise marketing quality.
- Provide technical guidance and training to those teams within the business who design financial promotional material
- Monitor changes in FCA/Ofgem/OfCom/ASA guidance on financial/marketing promotions, working closely with Compliance, Legal and Regulatory to ensure the business remains compliant
