Description
Preferable Novartis working experience in the past
University graduate level, degree in business/technical and/or scientific area or comparable education/
experience
Preferably ServiceNow CIS-HR certified (ServiceNow System Administrator certified is a plus) or significant proof of project management experience with references in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and the Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions module
Experience in a global ServiceNow rollout implementation (preferably ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions related)
Very process oriented mindset, systematic methodical approach to working, and can instill this in co-workers and customers
Self-starting, can work very effectively remotely with global teams and customers, with maximum autonomy
Demonstrated leadership skills within a project organization
Understanding and knowledge of general (and preferably Novartis) HR IT infrastructure technology (primarily Applicant Tracking Systems/SAP HR (ie Novartis HR Core), systems and managed processes
Design and implementation of new HR processes or methodologies in complex organizations
Ability to streamline and improve organizational efficiencies
Good mediation and facilitation skill
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent team building and facilitation skills
Expert Knowledge of IT Project Methodologies (preferably Novartis ICE, GATE)
Good understanding of business processes in HR (preferably in the global healthcare industry) would be a plus
Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
