Email Marketing Supervisor - Email Campaigns
We are exclusively seeking an experience Email Campaign Supervisor to join a leading brand client in London. Working alongside campaign experts, in a culturally unique environment, the successful Campaign Manager will manage the email campaign process across multiple EU markets.
We require a candidate who has a strong track record in managing E2E email marketing campaigns, who understands CRM systems and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in different locations.

Role & Responsibilities
*Manage the email campaign process across multiple EU markets including the JIRA project management process
*Supply creative assets to HTML build agencies
*Ensure all data is supplied to the relevant departments
*Ensure all email deliverability is faultless including monitoring results, reporting and avoiding potential spam/blocks.
*Work closely with CRM Managers to manage the campaign projects and timescales
*Set up and monitor centralised email journeys
*Execute A/B tests to increase engagement and stay current with best practices
*Contact Strategy Planning
*Campaign build, targeting, data selections and reporting
Candidate Criteria
*3+ years' experience working in a campaign management/email marketing role
*Excellent planning, organisational, written and communication skills
*Project Management experience
*Proven track record in running E2E email campaigns, with measurable results
*Strong understanding of Database functions
*Experience working with external Deliverability partners
*Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent ESP)
*Basic HTML, CSS & SQL experience (desirable)
*Ability to respond promptly and professionals to business requests or inquiries, seeking guidance as appropriate
