Executive Assistant - Edinburgh or London - 4 Months
Our Banking client is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join their Edinburgh or London office on an initial 4 month contract.
Role requirements:
- Recent banking experience essential.
- Experience of working in a leadership support or business management role.
- Experience of diary and inbox management.
- Knowledge of administrative systems eg PeopleSoft, iBuy travel, expenses, MI etc.
- Knowledge of Word and PowerPoint and ability to use Excel.
- Positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
