Executive Assistant - Edinburgh or London - 4 Months

Our Banking client is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join their Edinburgh or London office on an initial 4 month contract.

Role requirements:

  • Recent banking experience essential.
  • Experience of working in a leadership support or business management role.
  • Experience of diary and inbox management.
  • Knowledge of administrative systems eg PeopleSoft, iBuy travel, expenses, MI etc.
  • Knowledge of Word and PowerPoint and ability to use Excel.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
