Detailed job description - Skill Set:
Hands-on experience with voice and data products including Cisco Unified Communications Manager/Call Manager (v10.5 and greater), Cisco Voice Gateways, Cisco Unified Border Elements (CUBEs), Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST) functionality, VCS, TMS, VoIP troubleshooting tools, Cisco Routers and Cisco Switches
Hands-on experience with Genesys Contact Center products, specifically the PureConnect Cloud platform (ex. Interactive Intelligence, ININ). In-depth knowledge of topics such as IVR, ACD, call flows, call routing, inbound and outbound call center features, call center clients and application integrations
Good understanding of Toll Free Routing features and communications protocols such as H323/SIP/MGCP/G.711/G.729, SRST and private line services (E1 and T1)
Critical thinking skills, accountability and taking ownership of issues and projects
Excellent English communications skills (written and verbal) and ability to work both independently and in a group
Ability to prepare, plan and run training sessions for users
Use of Microsoft products to create and maintain documentation
Mandatory Skills
strong Cisco VoIP and ideally Genesys Contact Center skills
