Title: Ecommerce Marketing Analyst

Duration: 6 Month contract

Rate: $35/Hr.

Number of Positions: 1

Years of experience: 4+

Details: This particular role will be primarily focused on one of larger strategic initiatives for the department. The candidate must be able to handle technical execution, however, the project involves a large number of internal and external stakeholders so strong communication skills are a must.

The Marketing eCommerce Analyst will:

  • Support the launch of strategic E-commerce and DX programs
  • Build and maintain repository of requirements and testing documentation
  • Works with business representatives and subject matter experts in the development of
  • Requirements documentation, data, process flows and scenarios for eCommerce and Digital Marketing programs and projects
  • The Marketing eCommerce Analyst will support efforts associated to B2C E-commerce efforts including user documentation, communication, software releases, and other technology projects where requirements or support are needed.

    Essentials Duties:

    • Work with Marketing team members to understand existing system requirements, document and recommend improvements to support upcoming strategic initiatives
    • Collaborate with Subject Manager Experts in IT and Business units to develop project requirements
    • Assist with process mapping, process improvements and transition planning
    • Support IT during Q&A of requirements, share details and oversee learning sessions.
    • Participate in UAT and provide direction to testers and coordinators
    • Manage Marketing team source document repository, develop and perform audit functions
    • Leverage existing tools such as TFS, Excel, SharePoint, etc to development and management of work tools and tasks
    • Analyze requirements documentation and Legacy information to ensure proper coverage of functionality during the SDLC process
    • Collaborate with customers in collecting feedback data and logging
    • Build and distribute D/W/M E-commerce site sales and statistics reports
    • Support the overall eCommerce and Digital experience strategy
    • Collaborate with eCommerce Omni-Channel Product Manager in the management and execution of project tasks ie, releases, projects, programs and portfolio management
    • Recommend improvements to support processes and support of execution tasks

    Educational Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or 2-4 years of eCommerce Product or Project Management

    Skill Requirements:

    • Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are essential
    • Must have experience with technology either through exposure to software product management in Marketing or IT.
    • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools to illustrate and compile data and clarify thought
    • Adhering to deadlines, meeting targets at all costs and going that extra mile to fulfil company requirements is a much-celebrated trait for this profile
    • Experience with Team Foundation Server or other requirement and bug management system
    • Special assignments as required
    • Ability to work in an open environment and produce results while working in a team setting
    • Strong written communication abilities
    • Critical thinking a must
    • Self-starter a must
    • Experience with the following would be helpful in this role:
    • Process migration/transition projects, SDLC, Product and Project Lifecycles and/or with systems such as Content Management Systems, Shopify, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Hybris/ATG, Brightpod/Basecamp, MS Project, JIRA, LiveChat, Mobile Applications, Google Shopping, Google Analytics.
