Role: Senior Commercial Manager
Rate: £600 -£700 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 3 months + with possible extension
Location: London
Essential Criteria:
* Extensive experience in the Contingent Labour category, recent experience of working with large MSP/VMS operations
. Evidence of developing category/sub-category strategies, including sourcing strategies which demonstrate a high level of procurement knowledge and market awareness
. Evidence of delivering commercial results (savings and other indirect benefits), demonstrable experience of innovative approaches to procuring services
. Evidence of managing senior strategic relationships including stakeholders, customers and suppliers, excellent communicator with consultative selling skills and the gravitas to build credible peer relationships with senior stakeholders
. Experience of developing, building and managing complex pricing and evaluation models, solution oriented finding new ways of overcoming problems to deliver positive outcomes and solutions
. Ability to manage sub-category independently, seeking guidance only where solutions go beyond current policy or impact other areas, experience of managing resources and virtual teams with appropriate planning and risk management
. Evidence of managing sub-categories independently, ability to move comfortably between big picture strategy and operational detail, evidence of translating category strategy into practical implementation plans
. Ability to use internal and external data to influence category strategies and influence stakeholders
Desirable Criteria:
. Project management experience and evidence of delivery for complex projects
. Highly competent at Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
. MCIPS qualified
