This is a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious Solution Owner/Product Owner to join a leading international client in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Solution Owner/Product Owner will be part of a huge expansion project, working within new market for the client.
The successful Solution Owner/Product Owner will have the following:
Background
Solution team lead for customer insight will go on parent leave. Solution Owner/product owner (SO/PO) will take over as acting team lead. This means a consultant need to take over the role as SO/PO during this period.
SO/PO is owner for Multichannel Campaign Platform. It is the clients global solution, rolled out in three market and more ongoing, to handle campaign management. Scope is mostly email today but building for SMS and social media.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist in.
SO/PO will be responsible to prioritize backlog according to the overall goals and roadmap for the client. Working in a SAFE inspired approach with full Agile mind-set. This means both rollout in new markets and ensure new functionality is realized. Person will work closely and hands-one with the markets, supporting them of using the tool in best possible way.
Requirements:
Desired knowledge, experience, competence skills etc.
- Worked with Campaign Management solutions (eg Responses) with email and SMS campaigns. Been working as product owner before in an agile setup.
