Facilitate the DevOps team in their regular meetings (daily standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions)
Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint and remove obstacles whenever these occur
Motivate the team to keep continuously improving
Support the product owner in more technical user stories
Improving the velocity of the team by continuously striving for improvements
Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team members, product owner and users
Alignment with other Scrum Masters and teams working in the same IT landscape
