Contract Manager, Insurance, £550-£650 per day, 12 month contract
Thatcher MCS are working with a leading insurance company to recruit a Contract manager on a long-term daily rate contract.
The successful candidate will;
- Ensure risks and commercial best practices are taken into account throughout the service delivery,
- Manage and oversee the Statement of Work/Change Request process including drafting, liaising with delivery and legal for reviews and content,
- Become the single point of contact (both internally and for the client) for all contractual matters related to the assigned contract
- Ensure the delivery team understands the contractual obligations and provides advice and guidance to the team on all matters relating to the contract
- Ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled such that revenue and margin are maximized and that costs are reduced
- Participate in service reviews
- Re-negotiate extensions and changes to the contract
- Generally, develop strong relationships internally and with the Client, and contributes to developing the function and best practices.
Insurance or Financial Services experience is a must, as is experience in all the above points.
