Description

Our client a luxury branding organisation is in search of a Ariba Change Management Lead to come in on a 12 month basis in Austria, Wattens.

Change Management Lead who will play a key role in ensuring the project meets objectives on time and on budget by maximizing employee adoption, compliance and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

The Change Management Lead will:

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities for this project

Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders

Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs

Requirements:

YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OVER ALL: 8+ years Experience

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE: 5-8 years Senior Level

Functional Skills:
  • Previous knowledge and experience of driving change in the Finance and Procurement domains, and of the specific challenges and techniques to overcome them in these functional areas.
  • Change Management experience with SAP Ariba implementations is a plus
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience of driving a change and user adoption campaign over in a global business
  • Experience of different regional drivers in terms of behaviours and reactions to change.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts


Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English, German a plus
