Description
As Project Manager you are part of the change team within Reporting Risk & Security (RRS). RRS delivers the central point of truth on the risks and security for the Rabobank organisation. Based on a data driven way of working RRS provides timely and actual information to be demonstrable In Control on Risk & Security globally, in an efficient and pragmatic way. Proactively implementing changes in regulation and CIOO way of working in Risk and Security policies, processes and reporting. In this role as an experienced and senior project manager you are responsible for a complex project and/or several projects at the same time. The projects include the necessity to manage and deal with multiple and diverse (political) interests. The projects are related to the services delivered and the applications being used within the RRS environment with the emphasis on Cyber Security. Knowledge in this area is there for a prerequisite.

Our department
RRS enables risk and security based compliance for the CIOO departments by data driven metrics and controls. Extracting value out of our data to support our stakeholders and to optimise our processes. Improving the quality of the data we use and provide in reports and assessments. Simplifying security, compliance and reporting on compliance for the CIOO departments by the use of automated controls and robotics integrated in their way of working.

Offering IT Systems and IT Infra an integrated approach for Risk & Security by having one single set of controls and integrated processes. Supporting, monitoring and reporting on the implementation of this control framework and the maturity of IT & Ops processes, assets and departments. Facilitating global assurance for regulators on CIOO applications and services.
The aim to drive all changes needed in order to achieve our mission, vision and strategy. Also making sure RRS itself is In Control on all aspects, including finance. In an Agile and result driven way we drive this change through complex and multidisciplinary projects.
