Description
SAP HR Business Analyst required for a large SAP Programme based in Ireland on a Contract basis for 3 months initially.
You will need to be a proven, hands on SAP HR Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering initiatives within the HCM functional area and also for managing HR systems change request and support. Responsible to design, develop and deliver enhancements in the form of specific mini-projects and change requests. Overall ownership of support calls, ensuring the team's SLA's are met with a strong customer service focus.
Required Skills:
* SAP HR (Human Resources)
* SAP Business Analyst experience
* At least seven years experience in hands-on configuration and implementation roles within the SAP HCM module
* Experience in a HCM lead role
* Experience in the following HCM SAP modules: Organisational Management, Personnel Administration, Personnel Development, ESS, MSS
* Experience in supporting performance management application would be a distinct advantage
* Identify project issues and potential risks
* Liaise with team members in different time zones
* Highly customer-orientated
* Self-motivated and can work unsupervised
* Excellent communication skills via all platforms is essential
