Description

Omni-Channel Business Analyst required to join a leading global end user currently deploying new Omni-Channel, POS & Salesforce solution across Europe. The role offers excellent rates and the chance to work with one of the largest global Retail conglomerates. Based in Brussels, Belgium.

Long term contract. There is flexibility to work remotely part of the time in this position.

Omni-Channel Business Analyst key deliverables;

  • Facilitate and run customer workshops
  • Documentation of customer requirements
  • Map process flows
  • Define functional requirements
  • Work closely with the CRM Project Manager to support the implementation
  • RAID management

Omni-Channel Business Analyst key skills:

  • 5+ years Business Analyst experience
  • Proven experience facilitating & running workshops
  • Proven experience working as a BA on Omni-Channel projects
  • Strong knowledge of the fashion industry
  • Exposure to following systems is beneficial - IBM WCS, Salesforce, Oracle Xstore, SAP CAR
  • Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Business acumen to support business decision and work with senior business leaders
  • Self-managing and self-motivating: solving problems with limited supervision and with a high degree of success, seeking out consensus and issue resolution actively
