Description
My client is Urgently searching for an experienced Scrum Master to join their them and lead a team of developers/engineers in the development of business-critical software applications based in Belgium. The Scrum Master will be fluent in both Dutch and English
Key Responsibilities/duties
1. Assess the current way of working within Infrastructure and Service. Create a plan to achieved measurable results
2. Helps the infrastructure department to apply agile methodologies
3. Ensure transparency towards stakeholders (product owner, PMO, Management Team)
4. Implements a culture of continuous learning & improvement in the team
5. Facilitate discussion, decision-making and solving of conflicts
Key skills required
1. Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
2. Experience working within Agile Methodology
3. Experience working within an Infrastructure environment/department
4. Ability to coach and train team members
5. Fluent Dutch and English (written and oral)
Location: Belgium
Duration: 6 months (extensions likely)
Rate: Negotiable
