Description

Project Manager required to lead the Implementation of new Service Management Tool, ServiceNow in Copenhagen/Stockholm.

The project will be to replace the current tool HPSM and Sugar to handle incident, problem, change and knowledge management. The project will cover all implemented processes within the client site including incident, problem, change realignment implemented on the client site. This also includes the setup of integrations with CMDB, Master Data, Knowledge Management reporting etc.

Requirements:

  • Establish the project group and the supplier to implement the solution, with the required competencies and allocated recourses.
  • Work closely together with supplier project manager ensuring the project adheres to budget, time frame and quality.
  • Implementation of the new ITSM solution expected to cause some changes to way of working, roles and responsibilities, to align with Best Practice and realign with future wanted state and best solution.
  • Use a standard methodology for implantation of ServiceNow products, but similar framework can be used, with same way of working.
  • Understand best practices
  • Understand the consequences and make the decision if changes occur
  • Migrating Onsite workshop with subject matter experts internally and externally, define the scope of each sprints as well as the content, dependencies, stakeholders and deliverables Secure clear responsibility.
  • Review of current process setup, necessary updates and changes to the tool and realign with future Way of Working, training and Rollout.

Please note - Due to the project requirements, we require candidates with Nordic Language Capability.
