Senior Sales Analyst - Salesforce, Metastorm, Concur, Coupa
Prestigious, specialist financial services organisation require a Senior Sales Analyst for a long-term contract based at their stunning offices in the City.
They require an experienced candidate who can hit the ground running and work with relative autonomy.
Duties will include;
* Quarterly and pro-rata invoicing for STS and Sybenetix businesses
* Create new customers in Metastorm
* Update customer information in Metastorm
* Resolve customer invoice queries
* Liaison with Accounts Receivable on overdue invoices
* Make changes and add new opportunities in Salesforce
* Generating reports from Salesforce
* Maintaining New Business spreadsheet
* Maintaining Master List of Subscriptions not invoiced
* Maintaining Invoice Instructions spreadsheet
* Prepare monthly forecast for STS and BuySide
* Analyse monthly revenue change where necessary
* Partnership Management - Phare, Smarsh and Digital Reasoning
* Process expenses for SVP in Concur
* Create purchase orders in Coupa for suppliers
* Receipt supplier invoices for payment in Coupa
* Liaison with accounts payable to ensure supplier invoices are paid
* RFP and RFI (holiday cover)
* Audit Portal (holiday cover)
* Ad hoc tasks for Sales Account Managers
