Job Description
In the role of Data Analyst, you will be responsible for examining complex data and turn it into information and insight to inform business decisions. Responsibilities include assessing the client data requirements of the organization, with respect to its operations and processes, as well as providing input into the design and implementation of new systems that utilize client data. Should also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify any issues or ways to improve system. Responsible for data collection and database management, including quality control, data harmonization, analysis, and report preparation. Ensures data quality standards in completeness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and timelines of data

Qualifications Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
Individuals with expertise in Data Quality tool and has at least 2 years' experience in Data Quality projects. Preference will be Collibra/Trilium
Total experience between 5-9 years
Preferred
At least 5 years of experience in Software development life cycle
At least 4 years of experience in any Data Quality tool - MUST
At least 2 years of hands on experience in Collibra/Trillium
Experience in Project life cycle activities
Able to identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Ablility to work with management to prioritize business and information needs and identify new processes that will improve the systems in place and define new opportunities.
Hands-on development mentality, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
Experience in Financial domain
Strong Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
