Senior Finance Analyst/Contract/Belfast
GCS have just taken on a number of new assignments with various tech giants in Belfast, we're looking for a number of skilled individuals for various contract projects including Senior Finance Analysts.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
* Contribute efficiently and effectively to team activities to ensure all team workloads are managed appropriately
. Help to create a work atmosphere conducive to a high degree of integrity and teamwork
. Maintain Stakeholder satisfaction by promptly following up on requests for information.
. Ensure performance targets are met and service is delivered to end users as expected
. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate these to the Team Leader.
* Forecasting and budgeting support for forward looking commission expectations
* Supporting plan exceptions/deviations for new products, services, or deal models as needed
* Translate commission plan language into accurate process for distributing payments.
* Monthly processing (calculation, review, approval routing, and submission) of commissions payments.
* Administrative support for reporting commissions results and targets to Sales teams
* Administrative support communicating and distributing annual target letters, plan documentation, and monthly/quarterly commission statements.
