Description
Our client in Barcelona is looking for a English speaking IT Project Management, who will offer service to the Marketing & Sales department of a multinational pharmaceutical client.

This position is for coordination of support for defined applications within IT marketing and Sales organization working in the group and to manage and support teams across all regions.
Main responsibilities:
- Working closely with selected GOS vendors (offering 2nd level global support) in order to manage their services
- Onboarding of new applications (from domains and projects)
- Manage support of current applications
- Ensure SLA fulfillment across all areas
- Collaborate with regional support teams to define support packages
- Conduct support/project related meetings
- Consult on how to use contracts and how to build up standard support within the organization
- Management of strong budgets
- Create management reports
- Cross application incident/problem coordination
- Define and use communication standards to ensure good collaboration
- Collaborate with domain/business leads for application/project support
The ideal candidate should have:
Knowledge and experience with computer software systems, including CRM related applications (Veeva or SalesForce.com experience a plus)
- Project management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Focus on the customer service Self-management skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and SharePoint
- Teamwork/interpersonal skills, including experience working with diverse and global teams

Duration: 12 Months + extensions

Rate: €250 - €300 per day all-inclusive (depending on experience)
