Omni-Channel Business Analyst - 6months + - Madrid - 50% remote work
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an Omni-Channel Business Analyst for a very interesting project in Madrid.
As Omni-Channel Business Analyst you will join a leading global end user currently deploying new Omni-Channel, POS & Salesforce solution across Europe.
Responsibilities of the Omni-Channel Business Analyst:
- Facilitate and run customer workshops
- Documentation of customer requirements
- Map process flows
- Define functional requirements
- Work closely with the CRM Project Manager to support the implementation
- RAID management
Key skills of the Omni-Channel Business Analyst:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience
- Proven experience facilitating & running workshops
- Proven experience working as a BA on Omni-Channel projects
- Strong knowledge of the fashion industry
- Exposure to following systems is beneficial - IBM WCS, Salesforce, Oracle Xstore, SAP CAR
- Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Business acumen to support business decision and work with senior business leaders
- Self-managing and self-motivating: solving problems with limited supervision
