Description

Our client, a top tier bank based in Amsterdam is looking for a KYC/AML Business Analyst.

  • To provide oversight with regards to FATCA.
  • To assist in the ongoing maintenance and implementation of Financial Crime Policies and Procedures.
  • To respond to queries regarding external KYC.
  • To assist in the maintenance of all external KYC documentation, to include the maintenance of the AML Questionnaire and Policy Statement (Shared with other Compliance Officer)
  • Responsibility for the KYC process, to include on-boarding, maintenance and review for all customers, introducers and associated entities.
  • Responsible for the sanction screening process, including Safe Watch system and all associated financial sanction issues (Shared with other Compliance Officer)
  • Responsible for the monitoring of transactions and the escalation of any exceptions (Shared with other Compliance Officer)
  • To provide induction training to all new starters and ensure retrospective annual online E-learning is provided to all new joiners.
  • Responsible for the co-ordination, monitoring and administration of all Compliance Training, to include the assigning of all E-learning modules, tracking of progress and escalation of any non-compliance.
  • To assist the Head of Financial Crime in conducting Financial Crime audits as and when required.
  • To assist the Head of Financial Crime with the execution of Compliance Monitoring plan.
  • To assist in the collation and distribution of Management Information (MI) related to Financial Crime.
  • To assist in the reporting of any Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the NCA.
  • To respond to queries raised via the Financial Crime mailbox from the business areas in a timely manner (Shared with other Compliance Officer)
