CASS/Reconciliation Officer

The team is seeking to recruit experienced individuals who will be able to support the team in undertaking their daily processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a Treasury function, with experience of processing payments. The candidate will also have a background in reconciliations and understanding and analysing flows.
Knowledge of ETDs and OTC clearing is beneficial to the role as well as an understanding of CASS and the associated risks
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct BAU functions including but not limited to:
- Processing of margin payments to CCPs, brokers and between affiliates for ETD and OTC products
- Reconciliations of the firms books and records between internal systems and to the street;
- Reconciliations of books and records between intercompany relationships;
- Break remediation and root cause analysis;
- Funding of departments MTR CASS requirements;
- Exception reporting and escalation to management;
Knowledge/Experience:
- Practical experience in processing payments
- Reconciliation experience
- Familiarity with ETDs and OTC Clearing
- Understanding of MTR and CASS
- Understanding of complex flows and posting models
- Experience in contributing to process improvements and projects
