Description
My global financial services client is looking for an expert Front Office Application Support, someone who can Provide level 1 support to the Wholesale CIB business, the successful candidate will be highly experienced in ION trading platform and Markitwire. This is a seniorsupport analyst role, working on the trading floor, dealing directly with sales and traders from Rates, Credit, Gilt Market Making, Short Term Markets and Structured Risk Solutions.

Duration: 6 months
Triaging production queries Raising Support tickets to L2 teams Raising P rated incidents and following through to conclusion Liaising with 3rd party vendors Liaising with Global teams, in Madrid and Lisbon Managing upgrades and patches to Electronic Trading Platforms.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a professional attitude at all times. They will be courteous and polite, willing to listen, and always keen to help wherever possible. They must be comfortable working in a team environment, but also be able to operate on their own initiative where required. They must be punctual.
