Senior Plant Controller (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Monthly management report and quarterly report for executive committee
- Main contact for new supply chain flows
- Responsible for annual physical inventory count
- Manage the periodical inventory control and monitor the overall supply chain inventory in close cooperation with all manufacturing sites and the global supply chain organization
- Drive global inventory governance through: implementation of best practices, adherence to global policy, standardization of inventory processes and review of strategy and improvement opportunities
- Develop intuitive analysis tools and KPI metrics for confirmation and reporting of inventory control
- Track performance with KPI such as service levels, excess inventory, aging, lead-times, write-offs etc.
- Support the implementation of programs such as AGILE
- Review of inventory reconciliation prepared by SCE (System: SAP (FI – MM – CO))
- Review master data lookup tables for reporting line identification (source, valuation class, brands, management units etc.)
Main qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or equivalent
- Profound relevant work experience in controlling/accounting, preferably experience in inventory controlling, product costing, business controlling
- Excellent analytical and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English - written and orally
- CPA, MBA or advanced degree in relevant disciplines (Masters, PhD etc.)
- Pharmaceutical/chemical industry experience preferred
- Manufacturing controlling experience preferred
