Genesys Pure Engage Architect
We are looking for Genesys Pure Engage Expert IT Architect to assist in the Project
- Interviews are scheduled during week 48
- Project start date: ASAP
- Project End date: with option to extend.

The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like
The task for this assignment is to support our client with the following areas:
- Translate business requirements to solution design in co-operation with System Integrator.
- Interact with infrastructure team, Legacy system teams and System Integrator to create end-to-end design.
- Review and sign-off detailed design from the System Integrator.
- Review deliveries from System Integrator.
- Act as advisor to IManagement and Business Developers regarding solution.
- Training and knowledge transfer to client resources
- The assignee should be a senior Solution Architect with several years of experience in designing Genesys platform.
- Expert level of the Genesys Engage platform functionalities as well as technical infrastructure.
- The assignee should be highly self going, but shall align with Project Manager and IT Architects.
- The assignee must have very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in:
- Designing the Genesys Engage platform in an enterprise set-up on global level.
- Working in enterprise level client environments.
- Experience Genesys Knowledge Centre is an advantage.
