Description
Omni-Channel Business Analyst required to join a leading global end user currently deploying new Omni-Channel, POS & Salesforce solution across Europe. The role offers excellent rates and the chance to work with one of the largest global Retail conglomerates. Based in Milan, Italy.
Long term contract. After a settling in period there is the option to work 50% remotely in this position.
Omni-Channel Business Analyst key deliverables;
- Facilitate and run customer workshops
- Translate technical requirements
- Documentation of customer requirements
- Map process flows
- Define functional requirements
- Work closely with the CRM Project Manager to support the implementation
Omni-Channel Business Analyst key skills:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience
- Proven experience facilitating & running workshops
- Proven experience working as a BA on Omni-Channel projects
- Strong experience with integration projects XML, Data Mapping etc.
- Strong knowledge of the fashion industry
- Exposure to following systems is beneficial IBM WCS, Salesforce, Oracle Xstore, SAP CAR
- Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
