Description
Release Manager with profound Change Management and ITIL knowledge wanted for our Luxembourg based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Profound background as a Release Manager or Release Engineer in an environment with large and complex information systems
- Working experience in Software Development Lifecycle frameworks
- Good understanding of the core banking system T24 as well as competency of ITIL V3 processes and principals
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German, French or Spanish is a plus
Your tasks:
- Providing support to Governance team in the daily business in case of Local Change Management
- Managing change requests and specify changes as well as participating in Release planning and coordination
- Acting as the First contact person for all new change requests
- Working in a team of Local Change- and Release Management
