SAP Training Consultant - SAP MM/SD/PM/FICO - Contract - Zagreb
I am currently hiring for an SAP Training Consultant to support delivery of ERP systems training.
You will work closely with the central Training Team of this huge end-user to upskill and understand the ERP Training materials to be used. Although this role will be based in-country, you must be able to travel to London (and other European cities) for initial engagement (approx. 2 weeks).
Train the Trainer sessions for knowledge transfer and upskilling in the required training module (Finance, Sales and Procurement processes). Validation of training materials translated into Croatian to ensure the language is fit for purpose following return from the translation service provider.
Areas of Experience:
Proven capability in delivering SAP training.
Cross functional business process knowledge and the ability to work across more than one business workstream.
Strong working knowledge of Procurement (SAP MM/Materials Maintenance), Engineering (SAP PM/Plant Maintenance), Sales (SAP SD/Sales & Distribution) and Finance/Controlling (SAP FICO/Finance & Controlling).
Experience of large-scale IT programme roll-outs.
Must be proficient in English and Croatian.
Strong oral and verbal communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
