The Role;
As the Global Brand and Retail Lead you will touch every facet of the organisation working with cross-functional teams across all territories - UK, Ireland, Italy, France, United States ad Canada, actively driving the brand purpose throughout the business.
My client is looking for a high calibre brand marketer with an entrepreneurial drive to occupy this role to both define and deliver all Brand and Special Events and be responsible for developing and implementing the brand strategy, visual identity and bringing the brand to life. You will be critical for driving the evolving narrative to ensure success in not only the business strategy but the brand strategy as well.
You will be Responsible for;
- Full accountability for our brand strategy, identity and guidelines to ensure full integrity of how the brand manifests across all touchpoints, to suit all territories we operate within
- Responsible for the development and delivery of several high profile group brand projects led by the Marketing Director
- Accountable for the development and delivery of our brand licensing strategy
- Accountable for developing the Events strategy to support the wider brand plan developed by the Marketing Director, supported by a Special Events Manager
- Accountable for upholding the brand visual integrity and consistency across all territories supported by a Global Brand Manager
- Develop global brand toolkits including co-brand guidelines to ensure our brand is consistently manifested with partner brands.
About you;
- Experience in the day to day shared management of the Events agency and responsible for the output of a small 3rd party copywriting team
- Demonstrable stakeholder management across large and complex organisations
