ITIL Process Consultant - onsite in Stockholm, Sweden - 3 - 6 month contract
We're looking for an ITIL Process Consultant to be onsite in Sweden for a major European mobile, fixed line and carrier communications service provider.
The main responsibility is to facilitate workshops involving disparate operational groups to agree and document common ITIL based processes for Incident and Change Management that can then be configured in the clients' existing service management platform that is currently being rolled out into the enterprise.
You must be ITIL qualified with experience in Telecoms Operations and preferably some level of knowledge of TM Forum Frameworx.
At least 10 years of relevant experience with the proven ability to undertake consulting/advisory engagements
Hands on experience with ITIL process and tools implementation like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy
Experience with OSS and/or IT process transformation
Our client can offer company accommodation in Sweden for the duration of the stay. The job role will include visiting other client's sites in Helsinki/Finland etc and the client will cover costs for hotel/flights. You will have to be permanently in Sweden for at least three months and then there is the potential for the project to be extended.
