Description

Supply Chain Hub Coordinator wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Bachelor degree or similar in supply chain, purchasing or business administration
  • 3+ years' experience in Supply Chain with profound using of SAP ERP system
  • Work experience in an international trading organisation as well as in health care or medical device industry
  • Strong analytical and accuracy skills
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Granting operational excellence by monitoring all inbound and outbound transactions and ensuring their synchronised process
  • Supporting the analysing and solving process of relevant issues in collaboration with global cross-functional groups in order to bring resolutions in time
  • Performing operational excellence by executing day-to-day procurement operations of raw materials and finished goods based on requisitions received
  • Reporting in time and demonstrating control of trading for the relevant purchasing processes
  • Keeping in control the trading with different stakeholders and suppliers by maintaining professional communication with them
