Supply Chain Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Manage the supply chain for commercial products (customer service functions, Organization and supervision of transports, Inventory reconciliation)
- Manage the transportation requirements of starting materials, intermediates and bulk products by respecting GxP requirements
- Ensure all activities are reflected in the validated SAP system
- Evaluate service providers, support on commercial contracts and quality agreements
- Establish procedures (SOPs) to ensure GxP compliance in the commercial supply chain (transportation processes)
- Contribute to maintenance and validation of the logistics business processes
- Liaise with chemical/pharmaceutical production and marketing to establish and update manufacturing plans for launches of new products and for supply of commercial products
- Business expert for sales logistics processes in SAP, harmonization of requirements and change requests on a global level
- Supply Chain projects, e.g. process set-up of new distribution partners, changes/improvements in the supply and demand process
Main qualifications
- Forwarding merchant or similar education
- Customer service experience and profound experience with forwarding companies
- Experience in the area of tax and customs
- Experience in the pharmaceutical environment
- Fluency in English and German, oral and written
- Proven work experience as a Transportation Manager or similar role is an advantage
- SAP and GDP experience is of advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player and accurate work style
