Project Manager/Business Analyst/CRM - Greece - 3-9mths - £Neg plus Benefits
What you'll do:
- Understand and document business requirements, functional requirements and both technical and non-technical needs.
- Help agree solution recommendations against these overall requirements and identify any gaps between requirements and solution design.
- Act as a bridge/translator between technical & non-technical teams and vendors.
- Ensure all projects have both a project team and steering group, which are managed and supported with clear, concise documentation and all actions are clearly articulated and managed.
- That each project with have clearly defined roles within both project team and steering group.
- Each project has an agreed end to end implementation plan including warranty periods etc.
- The projects are carefully managed from start to end, with agreed milestone and project plans.
- RAID registers are agreed with the business and technical teams to ensure clarity of each element.
- Forecasts of costs and budgets are agreed & understood and carefully managed.
- Scope & Requirement change requests are understood with impact analysis and any changes are signed off at steering group level.
- Regularly report/represent projects to overall Strategic Projects Board, so presentation skills need to be of the highest levels.
- Ability to support other colleagues with other skills sets such as TOGAF and ITIL.
What you need to bring:
- A minimum of 10 years Business Analyst and Project Management experiences of both technical and non-technical projects.
- Training and experience of Prince 2 or similar Project Management qualification and an internationally recognized Business Analyst qualification.
- Experience of presenting to Board level senior executives in an international setting.
- Excellent command of English, and ideally good Greek/Spanish language skills would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent speech communication skills necessary to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Team spirit, multitasking and proactive. Ability to work within a multicultural and fast-paced work environment.
- Pleasant personality with excellent selling, negotiating and presentation skills.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude; passionate about the job and focused on providing high quality results.
- Need a can-do attitude and ability to cope with multiple deadlines.
Proven work experience in high value/volume Retail/Hospitality/Travel/Lesuire/Tourism will be a distinct advantage.
The ideal candidate must possess language skills in Greek/Spanish to enable smooth operational compliance throughout the programme.
