Integration Finance Manager (Accountant, Project Management, Integration, Excel) - Doncaster - £300-£400 per day

Our client, a leading operations management and digital solutions company who specialise in insurance, financial services, utilities and communications are currently recruiting for an Integration Finance Manager on an initial 3-6 month contract. They have a large team throughout the UK and Ireland currently employing over 1000 people.

The Interim Integration Finance Manager responsibilities consist of Process Mapping and Doncaster to Stoke as a result of a recent group acquisition. It will involve recruitment of two teams of individuals (total c12 FTE) and ensure the seamless continuity of processes and procedures as part of the move. Briefly the teams cover reconciliation of supplier and client bordereaux, AR, AP and credit control. The existing finance function in Doncaster is covered under a Transitional Services Arrangement until April 1st and the teams must be up and running, delivering the objectives by this date.

Ideally the client are looking for someone to start within the next 2 weeks with the view of the work in Doncaster starting on the 2nd January 2019. Initially the project will begin in Doncaster and after a few weeks then move to the Stoke office.

The individual will work closely with the Integration Director ensuring the project plans are adhered to and kept up to date. There will be some travel to begin with as the individual will need to fully map and understand the existing processes in Doncaster to enable successful transition. The successful individual should have a strong finance background with preferable experience in finance project management.

Requirements of this Integration Finance Manager (Accountant, Project Management, Integration, Excel)

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Project Management qualification or strong project management experience desirable
  • Proven track record of delivering results to a deadline
  • Process mapping and documentation experience
  • Ability to work within a wider project and finance team
  • Excellent communicator
