ServiceNow Project Manager
8 Month Contract
Nijmegen, The Netherlands
My client requires an ServiceNow Project Manager to be based in Nijmegen for an initial 8 month contract.
The successful candidate will have a CV reflective of the job description below;
Key Responsibilities/duties
Development of new ServiceNow solution, including case exchange current service providers, taking Nouryon operating model into account, with a minimum of customizations
Development of a new user portal
Migration of relevant data from current solution
Communication and development of training material to end-users
Key skills required
Proven experience (5 years+) as project manager of large complex ServiceNow implementation and deployment projects (including case-exchanges with suppliers
Proven experience in managing the change in the organization resulting from this type of complex technological implementation
Understanding of technology in scope, with specific experience in setting up ServiceNow solutions
