Workday Lead - Performance & Talent - Contract London
I've got an exceptional opportunity, currently going through a major HR systems transformation programme (Workday), based in Central London.
The focus of the role is to provide deep Workday expert with deep HCM knowledge. They would like someone who understands the whole eco-system in terms of other systems and data related issues that have to be considered.
You will manage the e2e process design across Performance, Talent, Succession Management and internal mobility including fully updating and maintaining documented e2e processes within and outside Workday. Contribute in System Integration and UAT to ensure Processes work e2e as designed and respond to all defects for product area.
