We are looking for a Senior Procurement Advisor to join our public sector client to be based in London. This role is broad and offers a great opportunity to be involved with a really exciting programme of work.
The successful candidate will have the following roles and responsibilities (this is not an exhaustive list);
*Provide general advice and early procurement engagement on new tenders.
*Create buy-in, build credibility and attend stakeholder forums to get a better understanding of business requirements.
*Develop Procurement strategies though spend analysis, market research, developing specifications, drafting tender documentation.
The Ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences;
*Procurement professional with 5 years+ experience in the FM category.
*Proven experience of devising and developing procurement strategies.
*Strong negotiation skills and proven experience of tendering and contracting practices.
*Experience of working with an organisation through change management.
