Magento Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our eCommerce practice. This individual is responsible for identifying compelling strategies and solutions for our clients that help to deliver bottom line results and master the on-site experience and will guide the direction of multiple active projects.
Roles and responsibilities:
The BA will work with clients to understand their business goals and constraints to deliver solutions that achieves their stated business outcomes. They will evaluate existing eCommerce applications, connected systems, and integrations to design a future digital system for online eCommerce clients. They will identify ways to implement best practices for online retailers based on their experience and our team experiences. They will research and define areas of improvement and identifies program enhancements and modifications. They will lead the planning and defining of project and business requirements, creation of functional documents, through interfacing with clients, vendors, and technical resources.
Qualifications
. 4+ years relevant experience in eCommerce
. 2+ years with Magento or Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud
. Ideally 1+ in Magento B2B.
. Solid knowledge of eCommerce strategies, site features, mobile responsiveness
. Good understanding of B2C and B2B business models, drivers and best practices
. Experience with digital operations management, eCommerce technology landscape and point solutions
. Some integration and technical experience would be preferred
. Advanced relationship, collaboration, and communication skills, navigating through complex client projects
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce or related subject preferred
. Technical, business, leadership, and financial acumen
. Measurement and analytics skills
. Presentation skills
. Data analysis and reporting
. Basic skills in Google or other comparable analytics platforms
