Financial Support for Controlling and Accounting (50%) (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Check payments reception, post them to the right customer and assign them to the right invoice
- Check if new orders are on hold. Analyze the situation and initiate the escalation procedure for approval of releases
- Record the new credit limits customers in SAP
- Prepare the monthly reports (Sales, A/R, expenses, etc) for Management Centers
- Process the Purchase Requests / Purchase Orders for 3rd party business indirect purchases
- Scanning and filing of Travel Expense Claims
- Scanning, posting and filing of invoices
Main qualifications
- Working experience in finance
- Great communication skills in English, with German being a strong asset
- Basic knowledge of SAP (FI/CO module) and good command of MS Office software application
- Strong orientation towards actions, solutions and results with a can do attitude
